​Each Program Has Three Phases:​
​​Phase I Preparation
Done remotely via live webinar, telephone and e-mail communications.
​
Phase II Coaching and Leading (on the MX track)
Requires attendance in person for a live motocross school and business seminar training.
Phase III Performance and Follow-up
Done remotely via live webinar, telephone and e-mail communications. Individual study and preparation: One-on-one coaching sessions, live webinars, Leadership Initiative, individual development plan, marketing, selling and coaching a Motocross school.
